PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of efficiently performing snow-melting work. SOLUTION: This snow-melting system comprises: a pair of juxtaposed snow-melting tanks which are buried in the ground and the bottom and side of which are covered with a concrete section; a sheet heating element which is arranged in at least a part of the outer surface of the side and/or bottom of the concrete section; a snow-lump crushing section which is formed by cutting off each of tops of the snow-melting tank so that it can have a V-shaped cross section; a crusher which is arranged in the snow-lump crushing section; and a net which is arranged in the boundary between the snow-melting tank and the snow-lump crushing section. Each of the crushers is provided with a spiral crushing blade which is attached to a rotating shaft, and either of the crushing blades partially gets into a gap between spirals of the opposed crushing blade. The snow lump charged into the snow-lump crushing section falls to the snow-melting tank via the net after being crushed by the crusher, and is melted by heat generated by the sheet heating element.
