The invention concerns a device for defining a hollow space in a pasty and/or jellied food product held in a container, characterized in that it has three parts, which are respectively (A) a volume part having at least one wall (2) defining a hollow space for delimiting an empty space in a pasty or jellied food product volume introduced in a container wherein said device is to be inserted; (B) a part constituting a side (3) of said part (A) and designed to be located outside the food product volume proper; and (C) optionally, an elongated part forming a tongue and/or a handle (4), located in the extension of at least one of the perimeters of said part (B) and designed to facilitate extraction of said device from the container wherein it is to be incorporated. The invention is applicable to pasty or jellied dairy products, whether fermented or not. |
