<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber structure capable of improving physical characteristics such as electrical characteristics, mechanical characteristics and heat characteristics without damaging the characteristics of a matrix by the addition of a small amount. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon fiber structure in a three-dimensional network shape, constituted of a carbon fiber having 15-100 nm outer diameter has a granular part for mutually binding each carbon fibers in an extended state of a plurality of the carbon fibers, and formed at a growing process of the carbon fibers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
