PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brush that is suitable for a small motor comprising permanent magnets and that has a long lifetime even in use under a high voltage environment. SOLUTION: In this electric brush, the content of a metal is 70-95 wt%, the content of a lubricant is 5-30 wt%, and the content of a C component is 0.5 wt% or lower by an outside ratio to the 100 wt% of the metal and the lubricant. It is ideal that the lubricant is coated by the metal. It is also ideal that an abrasive material of 0.5-5 wt% by the outside ratio is added to the 100 wt% of the metal and the lubricant.
