PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize control over video objects to be reproduced by a different method from an existent reproduction sequence and its reproduction order as to contents recorded on a reproduction-only information storage medium such as a DVD video disk. SOLUTION: A data region 12 on an information storage medium 1 has a primary object set P-EVOBS which is a set of one or more primary objects (EVOBs #1, #2, etc.) the relation between reproduction time and recording positions of which is managed with one or more time maps (TMAPs #1, #2, etc.; corresponding to TMAPIT) and constitutes a main video stream, and a secondary object S-EVOB which is an object the relation between the reproduction time and recording position of which is managed with individual time maps (TMAP) and constitutes another video stream capable of being reproduced simultaneously with the main video stream.
