PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow high-precision color correction without increasing power consumption. SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus for photographing a subject comprises a color-image photographing means 73 for photographing a color image of the subject, an illumination means 70 having light sources of four or more different spectroscopic characteristics to illuminate the subject, and an illumination control means 81 which selects only some light sources out of the light sources and allows them to emit light in video shooting by the color-image photographing means.
