PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic wiring system of a control unit for realizing satisfactory internal wiring inside the control unit. SOLUTION: The automatic wiring system 1 of the control unit automatically designs wiring of wire harness for electrically connecting components in the control unit obtained by arranging at least two components on an almost flat intermediate plate. The automatic wiring system 1 of the control unit has a connection data generating means 14 configured so as to calculate connection data obtained by grouping electric paths that are electrically and directly connected and a harness route calculating means 16 configured so as to wire connection terminals of the components in order on the basis of ranking data.
