PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously share information with an arbitrary peer in a peer-to-peer system. SOLUTION: An application executing part 20 is configured by including a local sharing service part 20A for performing a local sharing service, and the instantaneous sharing of a file or folder with a preliminarily set peer is performed by a local sharing service part. An application memory 22 is configured to store local sharing information 22A including the preliminarily set local sharing file or local sharing folder and information for performing the preset local sharing service corresponding to the local sharing file or local sharing folder. The local sharing information includes peer information related with a specific peer or path information to the specific peer, and the peer information or the path information is acquired from a P2P base management data managing part 26.
