PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate defect such as a charge-discharge balance is not balanced and an engine speed varies, in a vehicle having a plurality of electric loads. SOLUTION: This vehicle has an alternator driven by an engine and a battery charged with electric power generated by the alternator, and also has a plurality (two) of water heating heaters for heating engine cooling water as the electric load driven by the battery. An electronic control device for controlling vehicle respective parts including the engine, first starts an impression of battery voltage on one water heating heater in response to a driving request of both water heating heaters in the timing t2, and starts the impression of the battery voltage on the other water heating heater in addition to the water heating heater in the timing t4 of passing predetermined delay time T1 from the start. As a result, driving of a large electric load is not performed at once, and battery consumption is not increased at once, and a rotational fluctuation in the engine is restrained by avoiding adding a large load passing through the alternator to the engine.
