PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically optimize an image processing condition according to the adjustment by an image observer. SOLUTION: This image processing apparatus is provided with a preset image processing condition selecting part 20 referring either an imaging site or an imaging direction and a feature quantity and selecting a preset image processing condition to be used for an image data processing out of previously prepared conditions; an image correction part 40 further adding a correction processing to the processed image data based on the selected preset image processing condition and generating correction information indicating the correction processing state; a correction information storage part 50 storing the correction information; a preset image processing condition adding determination part 60 determining whether adding the preset image processing condition or not based on the plurality of pieces of correction information in the plurality of times of image data processings; a preset image processing condition adding part 70 adding the preset image processing condition when acquiring the determination to add the preset image processing condition; and an image processing information storage part 30 storing the added or previously prepared preset image processing condition.
