The unit has dampening system attached in a form cylinder (07). The dampening system comprises of a cylinder train provided with successive rollers. The rollers apply a dampening unit on the form cylinder. Each roller drives the roller that is arranged successively in the cylinder train towards a dampening unit source and stay in contact with the driven roller by friction exerted mutually to its respective cover surfaces.
