<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce setting work of a user rule to a plurality of paintings-and-calligraphic-works apparatuses, and to unify usability of the same user of the plurality of paintings-and-calligraphic-works apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: The paintings-and-calligraphic-works apparatus comprises a paintings-and-calligraphic-works processing means 100/210/287, a user information input means 90/PC, a use regulating means 272 for permitting paintings-and-calligraphic-works processing within a range of the user rule, a network communication means 280, a storage means 271 for holding a data base of the user rule for specifying usability of each paintings-and-calligraphic-works processing function to the user information, means 90 and 270 for setting the server operability, a server 270 for reading the user rule addressed to the user information received during server operability setting from the data base, and a control means 270 that transmits the inputted user information to the paintings-and-calligraphic-works apparatus during setting the server operability during setting the server un-operability and sets the returned user rule to a user rule for restricting the use of the paintings-and-calligraphic-works processing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
