<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a transmission message in which description that indicates feeling of inputted voice is automatically assembled into a character string obtained by conducting a voice recognition process of the inputted voice. <P>SOLUTION: A text string is generated from received voice by a voice recognition process. Moreover, change in the uttered condition of the received voice is detected and additional data are added to the text string generated by the voice recognition process based on the change in the detected uttered condition.
