<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately simulate a change in various physical quantity (temperature, currents, resistance value) of the filament of a heater which is valid for estimating a flicker. <P>SOLUTION: In a block 111, I×I×R(=V×I) is calculated. A value acquired by calculating a temperature T of a filament to the power four in a block 112, and multiplying the result byβin a block 113 and a value acquired by subtracting an atmosphere temperature T<SB>0</SB>of the filament inputted from the block 114 from the temperature T of the filament in a block 115, and multiplying the result by h are subtracted from the above mentioned value in a block 117. The value is divided by a thermal capacity C<SB>f</SB>of the filament in a block 118, and integrated by a time t in a block 119 so that the temperature T can be acquired. Also, the T to the power 1.2 is calculated in a block 121, and multiplied byαin a block 122 so that a resistance value R of the filament can be acquired.
