PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to easily search his or her desired data even when the operator's memory of dates is vague. SOLUTION: A field FL2 for input is constituted of year designation parts M1 arranged in a vertical direction where the list of years is expressed, month designation parts M2 arranged in a horizontal direction where the list of months is expressed and a matrix part M3 arranged between the year designation parts M1 and the month designation parts M2. When each of buttons configuring the year designation parts M1 is clicked, all the months of the year can be designated as retrieval conditions. When each of buttons Ybt1 to Ybt3 configuring the month designation parts M2 is clicked, the clicked month for all the years can be designated as retrieval conditions. When each of cells configuring the matrix part M3 is clicked, dates satisfying AND conditions between the year of the vertical axis and the month of the horizontal axis specified by the clicked cell can be designated as retrieval conditions.
