PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a space distance from a discharge part to a part which may be touched by a person while keeping a creeping distance required for insulation. SOLUTION: First and second discharge parts 12 and 13 are connected to two secondary windings 202b and 202c of a transformer 202, respectively. The primary side and the secondary side of the transformer 202 are insulated from each other by connecting both the discharge parts 12 and 13 to each other by interlaying a diode 209 between them. Discharge electrodes 12a and 13a of the discharge parts 12 and 13 are handled as basically insulated metal parts, and it is enough that the electrodes are only additionally insulated from a part that may be touched by a person.
