PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the same operator from generating the same error repeatedly. SOLUTION: An error is detected which is caused by misoperation of an operator for each affair. NG or OK is written in a table for recording results of affairs according to the operator, which is stored in a management memory 14, according to the affair. When the NG exists more than N frequency in succession in a predetermined M frequency, the identification information of the operator is registered in a beginner table according to the affair. The identification information of the operator is acquired on the occasion of the affair, and a main controller 13 determines whether the identification information is registered in the beginner table according to the affair. When registered, an operation guidance message picture is read out from a program memory 15, and displayed in a display part 9 in order to prevent the misoperation in the affair.
