PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid from falling into an outer case when liquid such as water infiltrates into a fan casing from a blowoff port in an instrument with a fan for blowing air from a suction port opened in a rising plate part of the outer case, to the blowoff port opened in a top plate part of the outer case. SOLUTION: A recess part 321e is formed in a predetermined position of a lower wall part 321d formed at a lower side part of the fan casing 32 and abutting on the inner surface of the rising plate part 12 of the outer case 1, and a downward gradient toward the recess part is formed at a part other than the recess part, of the lower wall part. The rear plate part 12 is formed with a slit 121 in a position to face the recess part 321e, and a recess part 122 on the lower side of the slit recessed inward to enter the lower side of the recess part 321e.
