PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triangularly corrugated plate fish grill, preventing raw fish from being burnt, charring, and losing its shape, easy to take, and simply washing a grill with water like a frying pan in a kitchen sink after grilling. SOLUTION: In this triangularly-corrugated plate fish grill, part of the base of a handy frying pan-shaped utensil is corrugated so that the ridge 9 of the triangular wave 7 is thin like a wire net, and the face of the bottom is deep, not a flat surface and a wide rugged face near flatness, so that when grilling fish on the stove burner, well grilled fish can be obtained without being burnt, charred, and deformed, and easy in taking out. Accordingly, the heating power and heat are not spread to the outside, so that heating is efficiently performed between the waves of the corrugated plate.
