PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular endothelial function measuring instrument capable of measuring a highly precise index of the vascular endothelial function in a simple method. SOLUTION: This vascular endothelial function measuring instrument measures a pressure pulse wave and plethysmogram of a measuring object, and finds a variation ratio of each pulse wave per unit time. This instrument calculates the ratio of a third root of the maximum value of the variation ratio in a single heart rate at rest to the value after releasing from the avascularization as the vascular dilation extent.
