PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a wall surface fixed portion 5 which can mostly maintain the appearance of a wall surface 2 and is excellent in fixing work performance and a hook device 11. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the wall surface fixed portion has a staple holding section 4 in which a staple leg driving section 1 is formed up and down and which is inserted and held between wall surfaces 2 by a staple 3 driven into the wall surface 2 with being in a vertical direction. Also, in the hook device, while a hook section 7 is formed at the end by bending a metal sheet material, the wall surface fixed portion 5, in which a staple leg driven opening 8 is opened spaced apart by the pitch of a staple leg 6 from the back end edge, is formed in the back end.
