PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of notifying a user the cleaning time of a secondary filter and urging the user to clean the secondary filter. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cleaner body 10 having a dust collection chamber 12 to which a dust collection filter 13 for catching a dust can be mounted in the front part, an electric blower 11 for generating intake negative pressure in the dust collection chamber 12, and the secondary filter 25 which is arranged in the downstream side of the dust collection filter 13 and catches the dust in the air filtered by the dust collection filter 13.
