PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce, with good reproducibility, a thermosetting plastic composition, which exhibits improved mechanical properties such as impact strength and strength at break while keeping a degree of hardness, and in which the dispersed elastomer phase is dispersed homogeneously. SOLUTION: The thermosetting plastic composition is produced though dispersing finely crosslinked rubber microgel particles being produced separately and having an average primary particle diameter being 5-500 nm into the precursor in the production of the thermosetting plastic.
