The spraying unit (16) includes two spray pipes (17, 18). One lies on each side of the mechanical pressure application unit (12), which extends in the axial direction of the cylinders. Cylinders (2, 3, 4) to be cleaned are sprayed with a cleaning fluid in accordance with the direction of rotation (5, 6, 7). Cleaning fluid is supplied to each spray pipe which follows the pressure unit (12) in the direction of cylinder rotation. Alternatively, direction is ignored and the tubes are supplied together.
