<p>This invention provides an auto yarn cutter for spinning frame. There is a piezoelectric transducer, which can transform the nonelectric signal of yarn breakage into an electric signal, by virtue of an amplifying circuit the electric signal can be amplified, and then the amplified signal can activate an electromagnetic driven mechanism, because the yarn passed through the eye made by piezoelectric ceramic, hence when one or more of the yarns break(s), the pressure applied to the eye disappears and produces the signal, then the driven mechanism can cut the residual yarns, to ensure the quality of the yarn produced. By using of the auto yarn cutter of the invention, the yarns can be cut before entering the spindle, so there is no need to stop the spindle, all the spindles of the spinning frame can be driven by a same motor. The auto yarn cutter of the invention can be used in a winder, a double twister, a double winder, a grooved drum spinning frame, and the like.</p> |
