The device has a base part and a movable part pivotably linked to the base part about a pivot axis and a drive device with a cable that can be spooled on a cable drum for driving the movable part. The drive device has a push/pull rod with one end joined to the movable part or the base part at a distance from the pivot axis and its second end movably guided along a guide path approximately perpendicular to the pivot axis and two pull cables.
