In a peritoneal dialysis solution (A) comprising at least two individual solutions to be combined after heat-sterilization and supplied to a patient, where a first solution (S1) contains an osmotic agent, the second solution (S2) contains a buffer and one of these solutions or a further solution contains electrolyte salts, the osmotic agent is a glucose polymer (and/or its derivative) (I) and the pH of S1 is 3.5-5.0. An Independent claim is included for a double-chamber bag for (A), comprising a plastic bag with at least one first chamber and second chamber for S1 and S2 respectively.
