PURPOSE:To prevent vascular obstruction due to thrombi formed in a crushed blood vessel, etc., keep vascular patency, promote take of the tissue and recover the functions by using a substance known as tissue factor pathway coagulation inhibitor (TFPI) and having an anticoagulation effect on blood. CONSTITUTION:The characteristic of this thrombus formation-preventing agent is that it is composed of a blood vessel substrate made of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and coated with TFPI or a TFPI-containing PEG blood vessel substrate produced by mixing TFPI in PEG and forming it. |
