<p>A process for producing a cleansing apparatus with a core section with cleansing elements, comprises extruding the core (12) and cutting individual brush elements. The lamina brush sections are formed by intermittent extruding, and the core is twisted to create a spiral brush section. Two core sections with brush sections formed onto each, are twisted together. Two lamina sections are formed on at least one core. At least one core contains plastic or metal cord. The apparatus comprises a handle (3), an external thread (4), a fixing (5) and a nut (6). The arrangement used to carry out the process comprises an extrusion unit and a cutting section. An independent claim is included for equipment used to produce a cleasing apparatus.</p> |
