Biasing circuit structure for continuous time filters

The filter has a proportional to absolute temperature polarization structure (3) intended to deliver a current (Ib) necessary to the operation of an operational transconductor amplifier (1) and disposing a frequency clock signal. The structure delivers the current proportional to an absolute temperature and is constituted of a current mirror, a capacitive load (5), a switched capacitance structure (6) and two PMOS transistors (7, 8).
