<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control/monitor signal transmission system that superimposes first and second control signals and a monitor signal on a clock signal, uses the one for transmission of high-speed data, the other for transmission of low speed data and properly decides the cycle of the transmission. SOLUTION: A first control data signal and a first monitor data signal are updated by each high-speed data refresh time Tio between a master station and a slave station, a second control data signal and a second monitor data signal are updated by each low speed data refresh time Tcr between the master station and the slave station, and the master station and the slave station transmit them on data signal lines mutually. The master station generates a long start signal to decide the Tcr and a short start signal SS to decide the Tio. The first slave station transmits the first control signal and the monitor data signal by each Tio. The second slave station transmits the second control signal and the monitor data signal by each Tcr.</p> |
