A weight vector of a precedent frame calculated by a weight vector calculator ( 4 ) and stored in a memory ( 3 ) is applied to a signal received through a plurality of antennas (ANT<SUB>1</SUB>, . . . ANT<SUB>n</SUB>) for removing an interference wave component. A synchronous position is detected from the signal subjected to removal of the interference wave component by a method of correlation synchronization, and supplied to the weight vector calculator ( 4 ). The weight vector calculator ( 4 ) executes calculation of a weight vector with the detected synchronous position as a start position. Thus, when signals of the same frequency are received in a CS in an overlapping manner, the synchronous position of a signal received from a desired PS can be correctly specified.
