Nutrient medium contains pancreatic fish hydrolyzate as nitrous nutrition source; boric acid as selective agent; sodium hydrophosphate and potassium dihydrophosphate as buffer salts, lactose, sodium chloride and phenolic red and microbiological agar dissolved in distilled water as indicators of acid formation and gas formation indicators.
