FIELD: measuring engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: vortex flow meter comprises member for generating vortices mounted in the pipeline and unit for receiving the signal. The unit has housing, capacitive differential gauge, lever, diaphragm, and deflector. The housing and diaphragm are secured directly to the pipeline. The deflector, diaphragm, and lever are made in block. The capacitive differential gauge has diodes, diode detectors, two unmovable plates, and movable plate interposed between the movable ones to define two measurement spaces. The movable plate is secured to the insulator connected with the lever. The diodes are mounted on the printed circuits. The diode detectors are mounted in the vicinity of the unmovable plates that are made of the leads of the detecting diodes. The flow meter is additionally provided with the electronic circuit provided with two passive low-frequency filters, differential amplifier, active low-frequency filter, and pulse generator. ^ EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities and reliability. ^ 8 cl, 3 dwg |
