摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibration isolators for technological equipment, looms inclusive. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed rubber vibration isolator has body and flexible member engageable with object to be vibration insulated. Body is made in form of two interconnected angle-pieces. Upper flange of angle-piece rigidly connected with pin received by hole in flexible member rests against flexible member. Flexible member consists of two parts of different rigidity connected together. Plate connecting the angle-pieces in lower part of free flanges perpendicularly relative to their surfaces supports bearing member of equipment. Rigidity of upper part of flexible member at height C is double rigidity of lower part at height E. Ratio of vibration isolator width L to width D of plate on which flexible member rests is within optimal ratio of L/D=B/T=3-7, where B is height of vibration isolator; T is distance between plate and base in loaded state. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibration insulation in resonance mode; simplified construction; easy mounting. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
