FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology, intensive therapy. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should evaluate analgesia by the dynamics of pericortical hemogenesis registered by cerebral oxymetry - optic spectroscopy in the range of 700-1500 nm. At increased values of total hemoglobin (tHb), oxyhemohemoglobin (O2Hb), regional saturation (rSat) being above 2-3% against initial values one should state upon analgesic insufficiency. Method is not invasive. Application of the present method enables to diagnose insufficient analgesia in due time, before the increase of hemodynamic values and on carrying out corresponding measures it is possible to decrease the risk of complications as a result of pain action upon patient's body. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of control. ^ 3 dwg, 3 ex |
