The invention relates to producing basic aluminium chlorides which can be used for different industries. The inventive method consists in loading an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution in a reactor, in adding a catalyst and aluminium batches, in carrying out interreaction thereof at a temperature ranging from 60 to 110 DEG C, in adding a stabiliser into reaction mixture after introducing at least 60 % of aluminium, in adding a polymeriser to the thus obtained product and stirring it after the total aluminium reaction, in cooling and discharging said mixture and in obtaining a final product by means of the increased molecular mass. The catalyst is embodied in the form of organic compounds containing a methyl group, for example trimethylene-glycol and/or hexymethylene tetramine and/or decyl aldehyde. The polymeriser is embodied in the form of the mixture of monocarboxylic acid and sodium carbonate in the quantity of 0.5-2 % with respect to the final product mass. The stabiliser is embodied in the form of the mixture of aldohexose with a citric acid in a quantity of 0.5-1.5 % with respect to the final product. Said method makes it possible to reduce the time for producing an inorganic polymer and to increase the stability of the structure thereof. |
