FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic power cylinders; hydraulic presses, heavy metal-cutting machines, rolling mills. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cylinder has body, piston and piston cavity cover made in form of block containing cover body where control hydraulic equipment of hydraulic cylinder is arranged. Piston cavity cover is provided with rod mounted coaxially relative to hydraulic cylinder and passed through cover body. One end of rod is provided with flange mounted in hydraulic cylinder cavity and connected with it and with cover body by means of detachable joints. Other end of rod is provided with bearing plate connected with rod by means of detachable joint; this base plate adjoins press bed frame. Cover body is secured on press bed frame forming clearance between its end face and bearing plate. Clearance exceeds considerably elastic deformation of rod and base plate during operation of press. Flange diameter is equal to inner diameter of hydraulic press. Base plate is made in form of circle whose diameter exceeds diameter of rod and its area ensures bearing stress of press bed frame material below permissible limits. Base plate is connected to rod by means of screw fitted coaxially relative to rod. Screw head is made in form of cylinder with two flats; it is slide fit in recess of respective form in press bed frame. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability of hydraulic drive. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
