FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: grain combine has feeder members adapted for feeding harvested mass from cutter bar upward and backward to its discharge end and further into feeding opening provided in casing of separating rotor disposed in inclined position lengthwise of combine. Grain is separated from contaminants in casing of separating rotor. Grain is spilled through grid means of rotor casing and delivered into grain collecting device. Contaminants are sucked by suction fan to be further removed from combine. Front part of rotor casing is positioned in the region before axis of rotation of front wheels and lower third part of total height of combine, and its rear end is positioned in upper rear half part of combine. ^ EFFECT: increased separating capacity and reduced consumption of power. ^ 11 cl, 2 dwg
