The links are connected with each other and with the cantilever via axles provided with springs. The inner links are provided with adjusting screws for changing the angle between the links. The hollow sections of the outer links are provided with pins and rollers to exclude a contact of the hollow section of the link with the tyre and fastening members for the blocks.
