The stirrup has a stirrup (10) rotatably mounted relative to another stirrup (1) such that the stirrup (10) rotates from an upper position where it extends against the stirrup (1), to a lower position where it obtains a retractable lower platform and extends beneath the stirrup (1). The return of the stirrup (10) into the upper position is obtained by a spring after liberation of an index by unlocking unit situated near upper platform.
