A double-etched knife mold comprises an anchor plate in a metal knife shape and a knife mold of a knife wall. The knife mold is produced by etching an image on the screen of the surface to be etched which is transfer printed on the anchor plate and grinding and removing a bead on both sides of the knife wall by fine etching.
