The device has a bag (16) presenting an open end (18) situated in the trunk of a vehicle, and a closed end situated in the vehicle cab interior. A frame (20) is fixed at the open end of the bag. The frame includes two removable fixing systems (26, 28) to fix by lock mechanism, where the systems cooperate directly with an edge (14) of a window (12) delimited by a rigid wall in the cab interior. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a rear seat, and a heavy object e.g. ski, transporting device.
