PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily carry out oil recovery of a high pressure gas pipe. SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 1 is provided with a high/low pressure bypass pipe 30 connecting a low pressure gas pipe 7 and the high pressure gas pipe 5, and having an opening and closing valve 31 for the high/low pressure bypass pipe operated by a control part. The control part opens the opening and closing valve 31 for the high/low pressure bypass pipe such that a liquid refrigerant condensed by an outdoor heat exchanger 12 during oil return operation, and having been carried in an order of a liquid pipe 9, an indoor heat exchanger 40, and the high pressure gas pipe 5 flows into the low pressure gas pipe through the high/low pressure bypass pipe 30.
