PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polybenzazole film having small anisotropy in dynamic properties, excellent electrical properties, high heat resistance and high strength. SOLUTION: The polybenzazole film contains a carbon nanotube having a diameter of 5-100 nm and a length of 1-100μm. The polybenzazole film preferably has tensile strength at break of 340 MPa or more, a ratio of the tensile strength at break in the longitudinal direction to that in the transverse direction of 0.85 or more and a relative dielectric constant as measured in a high frequency region of 10 GHz of 2.70-3.10.
