PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit mounting structure reducing vibration giving uncomfortable feeling to an occupant from being transmitted to a vehicle body while suppressing increase in cost and weight by adopting a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the structure, a power unit 2 coupling an engine 4 with a transmission 6 is mounted on a vehicle body or a sub-frame supported on the vehicle through a plurality of mount parts. The power unit 2 is inclined/arranged at a vehicle rear side such that a drive shaft joint part DJ provided on the transmission 6 is positioned vertically below a center of gravity G of the engine 4.
