PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of welding operation by suppressing mutual positional deviation of blades and thereby reducing frequency of maintenance, in removing a spherical part formed on a welding wire with two cutting blades. SOLUTION: A first cutting blade 10 is arranged under the blocking member 6 of a casing. An actuator 12 is connected to the first cutting blade 10. A second cutting blade 11 is arranged under the first cutting blade 10 and supported with a supporting member 27 from a lower part. The cutting edge 10b of the first cutting blade 10 and the cutting edge 11b of the second cutting blade 11 are not separated in the thickness direction. Notches 10c, 11c are formed at the cutting edges 10b, 11b. Driving power of the actuator 12 is transmitted to the second cutting blade 11 via a gear. Using the actuator 12, the relative position of the first and second cutting blades 10, 11 is changed over to a position where a gap 29 for setting a welding wire is formed and to a position where the spherical part of the set welding wire is removed.
