PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article which prevents attachment of evacuated stool to the groin part or buttocks of a wearer and the soiling of a skin of the wearer with the stool. SOLUTION: The wearing article 20 has a first stretchable band 44 which is located in a second front half 49 of a crotch area 22 and is attached to a movable part 39 of an anti-leak sheet 33 so as to contract and a second stretchable band 45 which is located in a second rear part 55 of the crotch area 22 and is attached to the movable part 39 in a manner to contract. In the article 20, a distance between tops 42a of the movable part 39 extending in the vertical direction to the front from the first band 44 becomes greater gradually from the band 44 to an area 21 around the front waist. The maximum distance between the tops 42a ranges from 27 to 120% of the minimum lateral dimensions of a core 30, and the maximum distance between the tops 42b of the movable part 39 extending in the vertical direction to the back from the first band 44 ranges from 1 to 25% of the minimum lateral dimensions of the core 30.
