<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing liquid composition having excellent preservation stability without being accompanied with discoloration of a container even when preserved over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The polishing liquid composition comprises alumina and a preservative and is used for filling a container made of a resin. The preservative is one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a compound having an isothiazolone group represented by formula (1) (wherein, R denotes an H or a hydrocarbon group) and an imidazoline compound represented by formula (2) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>denotes an H or a CONH(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>3</SB>CH<SB>3</SB>; and R<SP>2</SP>denotes an NHCOOCR<SP>3</SP>(wherein, R<SP>3</SP>denotes a 1-6C alkyl group) or formula (3)]. A method for preserving the polishing liquid composition comprises filling the container made of the resin with the polishing liquid composition and preserving the polishing liquid composition under temperature conditions of 1-60°C. A method for transporting the polishing liquid composition comprises filling the container made of the resin with the polishing liquid composition and transporting the polishing liquid composition under the temperature conditions of 1-60°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
