摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead material for wiring connection, which has the excellent adherence bonding nature between a lead base portion adhered to a metal envelope side of a battery case and a metal envelope, excellent adherence bonding property to a lead lead-out portion side bonded to other conductive material, good conductivity as the lead material, excellent stability with time to heat and a large current when using, and excellent mass productivity. SOLUTION: A lead base portion consisting of a single layer material, such as Al, Fe, Ti, stainless steel, Cu and Ni, and a lead lead-out portion consisting of the single layer material of Ni or a layered material of Ni and Cu are made to abut against one another at their end faces in the thickness direction and bonded into one body by ultrasonic-welding, friction, churning, bonding or the like. By the combination of selected quality of the material and the layered structure, the lead material can have required reduced weight, conductivity, bonding property to a counterpart member, bonding strength and so on.
